Executive Sous Chef Michele Menegazzi has carefully crafted a seasonal menu bursting with exquisite flavours.

Savour delicate Aburi Ora King Salmon with Lemon Myrtle Togarashi, perfectly pepper-crusted Barramundi with Geraldton Wax, and finish on a sweet note with a refreshing Tangelo Mousse featuring desert lime.

You’ll enjoy unlimited pours of premium Australian sparkling wines, deep reds, crisp whites, refreshing mimosas, and non-alcoholic drinks, all selected by restaurant team.

The Free Flow Weekend Lunch will take place at Altitude Restaurant on Saturdays and Sundays from 12pm to 2pm. This lunch is priced at AUD 119 per person for the two-course set menu or AUD 139 per person for the three-course menu.

Terms and Conditions

Standard table reservation

  • Booking is essential.
  • 24 hours in advance notice for dietary requirements.
  • Credit cord details are required to secure the reservation.
  • Settlement with a card will incur a merchant fee (1.85%).
  • Public Holiday reservations will incur a 15% surcharge.
  • The free flow wines will be selected by Altitude’s sommelier team and may change without notice.

Cancellation + No Show policy

  • A minimum of 24 hours before the booking time to cancel without penalty except for extraordinary events (Melbourne Cup, Christmas, NYE, etc).
  • A late cancellation fee of $50 per person will apply.
  • In the event of a no-show, the restaurant will automatically cancel the reservation and a penalty fee of $50 per person will apply.
