Indulge in a bespoke four-course menu, thoughtfully curated by Executive Sous Chef Michele Menegazzi and Head Pastry Chef Kumiko Endo. 

You’ll savour signature dishes including Hiramasa kingfish topped with scampi caviar, duck breast glazed with Rosella flower and Shangri-La honey, and Wagyu MB8+ with miso-corn puree.

Culminate your exquisite dining experience with a delightful XOXO Velvet Cake Box. This sweet creation features raspberry cheese mousse, fluffy velvet genoise, and champagne gelée.

Spoil your beloved with luxurious add-ons, such as elegant one-meter-long rose gift boxes and Ruinart Blanc de Blanc NV Champagne, available to pre-order when making your reservation for an unforgettable evening.

Valentine’s Day Dinner will take place at Altitude Restaurant on Level 36 on Friday, 14th February and Saturday, 15th February 2025 across two seating times: 5:30pm and 8:00pm, with each seating lasting 2 hours.

Premium Window tables priced at AUD 329 per person and main dining room tables priced at AUD 229 per person for the four-course set menu. Iconic wine pairing is available for an additional AUD 155 per person.

Special Event Reservation

• Advance bookings are essential and must be secured with credit card details.

• Dietary requirements should be provided at least 48 hours before the event.

• No payment will be processed unless the booking is cancelled within 24 hours

of the event time. A 1.85% merchant fee applies to all card payments.

Late Cancellation + No Show policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the booking to avoid

penalties, except for special and extraordinary events, such as NYE.

• A late cancellation fee of $50 per person will apply.

• In the event of a no-show, the restaurant will automatically cancel the

reservation, and a penalty fee of $50 per person will be charged.
