Gift Card Information
When making a selection for your gift card, you are presented with a choice between a physical gift card or an electronic gift card (e-gift card). During the ordering process, please specify your preference (checkmark) and add it to your basket.
- Follow the secure payment steps to complete your order and you will receive a payment receipt with the order number via email.
Physical gift card option for a voucher to be mailed to your address or the recipient's address with an additional shipping cost applied. Same day dispatch applies for orders placed before 12:00 noon, excluding weekends, public holidays and holiday periods when Australia Post is closed. Gift vouchers ordered after 12 noon, will be issued and dispatched on the following day.
Electronic gift voucher option for a convenience gift card delivered via email. The gift card will be created and emailed within 24-48 hours of purchase and does not include weekend days. The gift card(s) will be delivered directly to the recipient's email account or to your email account for you to hand deliver.
